This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and shipped when you purchase from Susos.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.

For bulk, customized, made-to-order, or commercial furniture orders, additional production and preparation time may apply. Estimated lead times will be communicated during order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or confirmed by our sales team for commercial and bulk purchases.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–35 business days (depending on destination, freight method, customs processing, and local logistics)

For large furniture items, freight shipping, white-glove delivery, or scheduled delivery services may require additional transit time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if available.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

For freight shipments or commercial orders, tracking and delivery scheduling details may be provided separately by our logistics partner or sales representative.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Susos is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by your country.

All such fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs delays, port congestion, freight scheduling, or other factors beyond our control.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • The damaged product
  • Outer packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Any visible damage during unpacking

This helps us process shipping claims and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Susos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your shipment as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We also recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local delivery office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, freight scheduling, inspections, and local logistics requirements, which may result in delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Certain oversized furniture products may have shipping restrictions depending on destination country or region.
