What is the minimum order quantity for SUSOS smart toilets?
MOQ varies by model — from 30 units for the flagship S-MLB-S1 Tankless to 240 units for the entry-level S-SW-D90 bidet seat. Most premium models start at 50–100 units. The MOQ shown on each product card is for the first order; reorders can drop by up to 30%.
If your project sits below MOQ, we can blend SKUs from the same factory (e.g. smart toilets + matching basins + cabinets) to fill a container.
What’s the lead time from deposit to FOB Xiamen?
Standard production is 30 days from a 30% T/T deposit. Custom finishes (PVD plating, color matching), OEM packaging or destination-specific certifications typically add 10–15 days.
Express slots for committed reorders are available for a 5% premium and cut standard lead time by 7–10 days.
Do you offer OEM / ODM and white-label?
Yes. We support logo printing, custom retail and bulk packaging, firmware customization (display language, AI voice, branded companion APP), finish customization (PVD colors, ceramic glaze) and full bespoke product engineering on the S-MLB platform.
NDA + tooling support starts from 500 units; tooling cost is amortized across the first three production runs and refunded once break-even is reached.
What certifications do SUSOS smart toilets carry?
Every model ships with ISO 9001:2015 (Cert. No. 35624Q10017R0M), CE, cUPC, WaterMark AU, RoHS, and SASO IECEE for the Middle East.
Region-specific certifications — NSF, WaterSense, JIS, BSI, CCC, EAC, IECEE-CB — are available on request. Please confirm your destination market when enquiring so we can plan certification and labelling at the production stage rather than retrofitting later.
What’s covered by the warranty?
All SUSOS smart toilets carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against electrical, ceramic and finish defects, with extended 5-year coverage on the main control board and ceramic body.
Every container ships with a 5% spare-parts allocation (control boards, seat-board hinges, washing nozzles, remotes) so your installers can swap in the field. Out-of-allocation replacement parts ship CIF within 10 business days.
What payment, shipping and sampling terms do you accept?
Payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight accepted from approved banks. 60-day credit terms available for repeat customers with three+ successful orders.
Shipping: FOB Xiamen by default; CIF and DDP quoted on request. Mixed containers across SUSOS lines (taps, cabinets, bathtubs, hardware) are consolidated from the same factory — 20HQ or 40HQ from Xiamen and Shenzhen ports.
Samples: Sample fee is the FOB price + air freight, fully refundable against your first production order. Sample lead time is 7–10 days for stock items, 15–20 days for custom finishes.
