We have restructured our OEM programme for mid-sized distributors — lower minimum order quantities, faster sampling, and a dedicated production slot system that removes the uncertainty from custom manufacture.
Our original OEM programme, launched in 2020, was designed for large-volume buyers: importers ordering 2,000 pieces per SKU, with twelve-month forward planning and the margin structure to absorb the longer lead times custom manufacture requires. It worked well for the clients it was designed for. It excluded a larger group of mid-sized distributors who wanted custom branding on smaller quantities and could not commit to the volume thresholds.
The programme we are launching from Q2 2026 is designed for that group.
Minimum Order Quantities
The new minimum order quantities for OEM production are:
- Basin mixers and thermostatic valves: 200 pieces per SKU
- Ceramic disc cartridges: 500 pieces
- Shower heads and arms: 300 pieces per model
- Bathroom furniture (cabinet bodies): 50 pieces per configuration
- Smart toilets: 30 units (full pallet quantity)
These are significantly lower than our previous minimums. We can hold these thresholds because we are dedicating production capacity to the OEM programme — four specific production windows per month — rather than slotting OEM orders into standard production wherever space permits. This also removes the lead-time uncertainty that affected our previous OEM clients.
Custom Branding Options
Logo Application
Laser engraving on metal components (basin mixers, shower heads, thermostatic valves). Pad printing on ceramic components. Full-colour label printing on packaging. We can match Pantone references across all print processes.
Packaging
Full custom packaging — outer carton, inner packaging, product booklets — to your specification. We work with our packaging supplier to produce a print-ready proof within five working days of receiving your artwork. Minimum print run for custom packaging is 500 sets, which aligns with our SKU minimums.
Finish Customisation
For orders above 500 pieces on metal hardware, we can produce custom PVD finishes outside our standard eighteen. The development cost is 18,000 RMB per finish, amortised over the order quantity. Custom finish development lead time is eight weeks from colour specification to production-ready sample.
The Sampling Process
OEM sampling is the part of the process that typically causes the most frustration — samples that take eight weeks to arrive and do not match the production finish. We have addressed this by dedicating our in-house rapid-prototype cell to OEM sampling. Functional samples in any of our eighteen standard finishes are available within three weeks of order. Custom finish samples take eight weeks.
How To Apply
The OEM programme is available to qualifying distribution partners — companies with an established retail or project business and a verifiable track record of trading. We do not accept applications from companies seeking to create competing product under our manufacturing IP. The application form is available through our export desk. Qualification decisions are made within ten working days.
