The S-MLB range ships in six finish codes, speaks seven languages from the seat, and heats water without a tank — the most technically dense toilet we have ever put into production.
Most toilet launches come down to a seat shape and a flush button. The S-MLB is different in ways that are hard to explain in a brochure but obvious the first morning you use one. The seat temperature is where the water is warm before you sit down. The lid opens when it recognises you walking toward it. The bidet pressure, temperature and oscillation pattern are stored per user, per seat. None of this requires an app, a router, or patience with settings menus.
What's In The Box
The core unit is a wall-hung pan in vitreous china — our standard glaze, the one that has been passing the 500,000-cycle siphon test since 2022. What changed is everything that sits on top of it.
Instant-Heating Technology
There is no tank. Cold water enters a ceramic-coated heat exchanger and exits warm in under two seconds. Power draw at peak is 1,400 W for approximately three seconds — then it steps back. The unit is rated for 240 V and 110 V variants, which matters for our Middle-Eastern and North American partners.
AI Voice Control
Seven language packs ship on the unit: Mandarin, English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Japanese. Voice recognition runs on-device — no cloud connection required, no audio stored. The wake word is configurable. You can disable voice entirely if you prefer silence, which we consider the correct default for a guest bathroom.
PVD-Plated Hardware
The flush actuator, remote cradle, and pipe cover are PVD-coated in four standard finishes: matte black, brushed gold, brushed nickel, and chrome. PVD outperforms electroplated hardware in salt-spray testing — our 240-hour ASTM B117 results are available in the specification pack — and does not tarnish under the humidity levels a bathroom generates.
Six Finish Codes, One Production Cell
We manufacture all six variants — four hardware finishes across two pan shapes — from a single cell in Building 3 at Xiamen. This is not a branding exercise. It means lead times are identical regardless of the finish you specify, and our quality checks run on the same line without variant-specific tooling. For a hospitality buyer fitting 80 rooms across two wing colours, that matters.
